FTSA was launched in 2012 and since then we have had the pleasure of training and helping hundreds of people in the Randburg area to get fitter, stronger and to reach their goals.
We are more than just a place for you to train, we have created a training facility where you are treated like an athlete and work towards any goal you might have.
FTSA is a friendly and encouraging community of like minded members who all want to see each other grow and reach their fitness potential.

What you can expect at training.
Our training sessions are all different to keep you interested and excited to come and train. Our aim is to do a full body workout, with certain targeted areas which varies from day to day. We use Kettlebells, battle-ropes, weights, tyres and almost every bit of equipment you can think of to make sure you get the best workout possible.
