Program.

- R 1,000 Per month

- 6 sessions a week

- Programs made for your individual needs, and goals.

- I will need  a list of the  equipment that you have available to you, so that I can plan your workouts accordingly.

- You will be able to contact me  any time via whatsapp to get constant support and feedback.

- I will ask for you to send me videos of certain movements so that I can analyse and correct any issues. 

- Regular  scheduled fitness test to track your progress.
