Strength & Functional Training Combination.

- R 1200 a month

- 6 sessions a week

- Programs made for your individual needs and goals.

- This program is a mix of      Functional training and  strength training.

- You will do functional sessions 4 days a week, and strength sessions 2 days a week.

- The strength sessions will be a split between,  Back Squat, Deadlifts and Bench press.

- You will be able to contact me  any time via whatsapp to get constant support and feedback.

- A 1 Rep max testing is scheduled for the end of the lifting program.

- Videos analysis and corrections as often as needed.
